Adult hand clay building workshops

At a Crafty Pots adults Clay Club session you’ll get the chance get hands on with clay, exploring the wonderful stress-busting benefits of working with clay as you'll learn how to shape, impress and sculpt, whilst creating gorgeous, practical items to take home.

Date: Wednesday 20th August

Time: 7-9pm

We’ll be exploring shaping techniques like pinching and slab building, and experimenting with texturing and pattern making. Each student will make one trinket tray and a ring dish during the 1.5 hour session. The items will then be fired, and you can return to the studio two weeks later to paint it. It will then be glazed and refired,

Don't worry if you're new to pottery – our welcoming environment is perfect for beginners. You'll feel relaxed and inspired as you create unique gifts or treat yourself to some 'me time'.

This workshop is great as a meet-up with friends, family or team building with colleagues. Or come solo and meet others. Whoever you do (or do not) bring, it’s a real “me time” treat! Bring your own drinks to make it a really enjoyable experience!
